By the way, re prepositions before Christmas, it all depends on what you want to say, as I said in class, FOR is the most widely used preposition (since in most cases, Christmas is the reason behind a family reunion for example) but AT is ok if you're just referring to that time of year (around Christmas time) and ON is ok if you say ON Christmas day (on the 25th of December). You can also use OVER and DURING if you mean an extended period of time such as the Christmas holiday. 


Homework for Friday, December 13th: Act 3 p33 + watch the following video on lateral thinking and answer these questions:

1. What exactly is lateral thinking?
2. Which "tools" can be taught?
